Lutyens Style Bench

An arts and crafts, garden classic; The Lutyens style bench.

Originally called the Thakeham bench, named after the West Sussex estate it was designed for by British architect Sir Edward Lutyens.

This one was reclaimed from a country estate in Yorkshire. A very solid example, made of durable hard wood, with lovely rustic weathering but no signs of any damage.
